MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Carolynne Stabnick
Carolynne has been with M.J. White & Son, Inc. since 2002. She came with 25 years of sales experience. She is a graduate of the University of Detroit and has a major in psychology. She is married and the mother of four children. In her professional career, Carolynne has been a fourth grade teacher, a retail sales manager, a Senior Account Executive with Michigan Bell/Ameritech, and a National Account Manager with WorldCom. One of her favorite missions during her telecommunications career was handling the sales and installations of about 90% of the E-911 systems in the State of Michigan. Because of her experience in the Public Safety and Government markets, Carolynne feels right at home in her current position at M. J. White & Son, Inc. She is responsible for marketing to the Fire and Police Departments throughout the lower half of Michigan.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Melanie Ciullo
Melanie Ciullo is our East Side Sales Representative. Melanie started with M. J. White & Son in April 2005 and has continued to make the name of M. J. White well known on the East Side. Melanie’s previous 10 years experience in the Industry coupled with her successful completion of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage course has been contributing factors in her success. She is dedicated to expanding the growth of the organization, while emphasizing the customer service aspect of our General Contracting and Disaster Restoration Services. Melanie prides herself on knowing her customers and maintaining a relationship that goes beyond the call of duty. Her personality lends itself to making friends, not just business associates. She is always willing to help which makes her a valuable part of our team.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Descan McDuffie
Descan joined the Marketing Team in January 2009, although, she has been with M.J. White & Son, Inc. since 2004. She came to us with more than 8 years of Fire & Water Restoration. Her experience as a Crew Leader and Administrative Assistant to the Contents and Mitigation divisions prepared her well for her role as a Contents Supervisor. Descan’s greatest asset to our clients is the great empathy and compassion she shows toward customers who have suffered from the tragic loss of their personal belongings. Descan treats everyone like “family”, which attributes to her outstanding relationships with her clients and fellow colleagues. Descan has received the “Best Attitude Award” from M. J. White for the past two years in a row.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Dennis Hextall
Dennis Hextall, former Detroit Red Wing, has joined our Marketing Team. You are probably familiar with Dennis from his long and illustrious career in hockey. Dennis came from a real Canadian hockey family in Manitoba. He was the third member in a family that has produced four NHL players spanning three generations. Dennis and his brother Bryan Jr. played during the 60’s and 70’s. His father, Bryan Sr., played with the New York Rangers for 11 seasons (1936-48) earning the Stanley Cup with the Broadway Blues in the 1939-40 season. The fourth and final member of the Hextall NHL clan is Bryan’s son, Ron Hextall, goaltender for the Philadelphia Flyers.
Dennis played two years of Canadian Junior A hockey before playing three years of college hockey at the University of North Dakota. He then made the jump into the NHL when he signed a contract with the New York Rangers where he played as a left winger during the 1968 playoffs. Over the following years, Dennis played with several teams including the Los Angeles Kings and California Golden Seals. In 1972 he secured a spot with the Minnesota North Stars where he remained for five seasons. He then played for four seasons with the Detroit Red Wings (1976-79). His final two seasons were spent with the Washington Capitals where he retired with 681 games under his belt.
Dennis is currently a member of the Detroit Red Wings Alumni Association and is active in its efforts to raise money for children’s charities in Metro Detroit.
Since his retirement from professional hockey, Dennis has worked in the insurance industry. His experience makes him a perfect fit for his marketing position at M.J. White & Son, Inc.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Breanna Waligora
Breanna Waligora joined our marketing team at M.J. White & Son in April 2010 to represent the west side of Michigan. Breanna grew up in Grand Rapids and has many close ties to the area. Breanna graduated from Western Michigan University in 2005 where she studied Community Health Education and Communications. She comes to us with four years combined marketing and sales experience from the insurance industry and the YMCA. Breanna prides herself on growing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Her attention to detail, ability to identify, satisfy, and keep the customer will be a great asset to the expansion of M.J. White & Son.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Jenifer Hagen
Jenifer Hagen is the newest addition to the M.J. White marketing team. She has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience under her belt with over four years in the Insurance Restoration Industry. In this capacity, she has spearheaded the successful development of new marketing techniques, campaigns and events to drive business and build relationships. Her drive, commitment and strong people skills will, no doubt, prove to be an asset to our organization. She has developed an expertise in new account acquisition, territory management and customer service. Her consultative approach and drive for excellence are two of her best assets. She always goes the extra mile and she’s never met a challenge she didn’t like.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Aaron Strand
Aaron joined M. J. White & Son, Inc in July of 2010. He comes with 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Aaron owned and operated a Local Farmers Insurance Agency. These years of service, along with his outgoing personality, have enabled him to build strong relationships with agents and adjusters. This will provide a great asset to M.J. White & Son, Inc. in their aggressive pursuit to gain market share. Aaron is self motivated, dedicated, eager to learn, works well with others and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Aaron and his beautiful wife Laurie just celebrated their ten year wedding anniversary and have three amazing children.
